The Presidential Administration published, on Wednesday, public procurement for the first three months of the year, including 685,000 lei for transport to Brussels, but also 11,000 lei for the supply of crowns and jerbe. 11,000 lei were also paid for the revision of ten Mercedes cars. Also, a contract with Rebu was signed, worth 1.2 million lei.
Thus, according to the centralizer of the public procurement for the period January 1 – March 31, 2025, among the orders or contracts made by the Presidential Administration are: External air transport services (February 3) worth 685,125 lei – for the visit of former President Klaus Iohannis – and insurance services for travel abroad in total value of 1.426 lei.
Also, there are public procurement for various other services, such as electricity supply, natural gas, fuel, repairs and overhaul for 38 Dacia cars and ten Mercedes cars, supply flowers, catering, cleaning, maintenance of servers, maintenance of green spaces, printing, car, cable car, cable.
The services of car reviews and repairs at the 38 Dacia cars, in February, cost 6,219 lei, by direct purchase, with the company Ciplop SA. With the same company, a public procurement contract for car revisions and repairs to ten cars Mercedes, in February 2025, worth 10,900 lei, was signed.
For the supply of electricity, a contract worth 163,541 lei, for February, was signed, and for natural gas was paid at Electrica supply 273,246 lei.
For the maintenance of green spaces, a contract was signed, for 24 months, by public auction, worth 1,209,860 lei, with the company Ecologic Service Bucharest Rebu SA.
Also in February, for cut flowers, the presidential administration paid 10,179 lei, and for decorative plants – 4,492 lei. The amount of 11,169 lei was paid for the supply of crowns and jerbe.
The total value of payments for public procurement during January-March is over 1,200,000 lei.
The Presidential Administration has also published the centralized notifications regarding the direct procurement on the first quarter, the advertising announcements for direct acquisitions in 2025, awarding for the first quarter of the year and the award procedures this year.
Bolojan: “We will seek to be transparent”
On February 28, in his first press conference, interim president Ilie Bolojan announced that in the next period all the operating data of the Presidential Administration will be made, including in the past years.
“We will seek to be transparent to you, to citizens and we have requests from you related to ensuring the transparency of some expenses. We work on this matter and in the next period you will have all the operating data of this institution, including in the past years,” Bolojan told the Cotroceni Palace, at that time.
President Klaus Iohannis ended his term on February 12 after he resigned, when he started his interim Ilie Bolojan.
