The Kiev forces attacked and hit the military base of the 448 rocket Brigade in Russia, the unit that carried out the bloody bombing on the city of Northeast Ukraine on April 13, the General Staff of the Ukrainian army announced on Tuesday, according to The Kyiv Independent and Ukrainska Pravda.

“Each Russian military unit, subdivision and their military bombarding peaceful and civilian cities in Ukraine will be identified and will be inevitably punished,” writes in the statement issued by the General Staff and published on Facebook.
The complete consequences of the attack are still being evaluated, the Ukrainian military officials said.
The full message transmitted by the Ukrainian army leadership:
- “Units of the forces of unanswered systems of Ukrainian armed forces, forces for special operations and of the Ukraine Security Service, coordinating with other defense units, performed several targets in the Kursk region that have related to the war criminals involved in the rocket attack on the city of April 13. - Specifically, the place of permanent development of the Russian rocket brigade 448 was hit, and secondary ammunition detonations being confirmed. The results of the blow are under evaluation.
- Each military unit, subdivision and Russian military involved in attacks on peaceful Ukrainian cities and civilians will be identified and will be inevitably punished.
- The targeted and systematic combat operations against the critical military facilities of Russian troops continue until Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine will end.“
On the morning of April 13, the Russian forces launched two bombings on the City City Center at a two-minute (Double Tap “type), using two iskander-m ballistic missiles, equipped with a strong explosive fragmentation, according to Ukrainian officials.
