Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski responded on Tuesday to statements made by Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, who spoke about the “five territories” around which the key to a peace agreement with Russia.

And last month, in an interview with Tucker Carlson, Witkoff said that “the biggest problem in this conflict are the so-called four regions”, but when he started listing, he listed five: “Donbas, Crimea, Luhansk and two others.”

“Only the Ukrainian people can talk about their territories.”

Some statements of the US President's emission of the resolution of Russia's invasion in Ukraine have attracted criticism to the White House and among the Republicans, including Trump's envoy, General Keith Kellogg, according to Reuters.

“As for the territory, Ukraine is a sovereign state, and all the territories belong to the unitary state of Ukraine.
