In addition, Barna said, there is the prospect that in the following months the MFP will attract larger amounts reinvested from the reimbursement of the previous years. “I just concluded a new edition of the Fidelis program, which, in the three editions this year, has registered 85,000 subscriptions and almost 8 billion lei.
Fidelis III of 2025, held between April 4 and 11, registered a subscription value of over 1.34 billion lei, by 16,408 orders. 2592 Romanians joined the campaign “Romania has rocker blood, now and investor”, carried out by the Ministry of Finance in partnership with “Morning Glory with Răzvan Exarchu” and Rock FM. The Cuștia invested over 99.63 million lei, benefiting from an interest of 7.60%, 1% higher than the one offered for the classic shows with a maturity of 1 year.
The most accessed shows of this edition were:
· The show in lei, with the maturity of 1 year, the interest of 6.60%, with a total of over 480 million lei, invested by 5794 orders;
· The show in Euro, with the maturity of 7 years, the interest of 6%, with a total amount invested of over 58 million euros, the equivalent of over 290 million lei, placed by 2726 orders.
The show in Euro, with the maturity of 2 years and the interest rate of 3.30%, collected an interest of over 42 million euros, the equivalent of almost 214 million lei, placed by 1803 orders. Regarding the show in lei, with the maturity of 3 years and the interest of 7.30%, the investors placed over 149 million lei, through 1935 orders, and the show in lei with a maturity of 5 years and the interest of 7.60% cumulated over 108 million lei, through 1558 orders.
We remind that the nominal value of a Fidelis state title is 100 lei for the show in lei and 100 euros for the show in euros, and the minimum subscription threshold is 5,000 lei, respectively 1,000 euros.
The donors-investors who proved the blood donation starting with October 1, 2024 have benefited from the 10 times decrease of the minimum subscription threshold from 5,000 lei to 500 lei.
Starting with the edition of April 4-11, 2025 of the program, donors-investors can subscribe fidelis titles within a maximum ceiling of 100,000 lei, in the dedicated tranche.
Those who invest in the Fidelis government securities enjoy facilities such as:
· The possibility to sell the titles before maturity, receiving interest related to the detention period;
· The cumulative earnings from interest and profits are non -taxable;
· Flexibility in the administration and diversification of the portfolio.
