Rybinsk can be left without fish

At least two large Russian regions are threatened with interruptions in water supply due to the shallow of rivers. Problems have already begun in the Rostov and Yaroslavl regions.
Under the threat of not only Rybinsk, but also Rostov-on-Don, Kalach-on-Don, Voronezh, Novomoskovsk, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Astrakhan, Balakovo and the Volga region.
