PGE without dividend for 2024? There is a recommendation of the board

The PGE Management Board recommends not paying dividends for 2024 – the company said in a press release. In the opinion of the Polish Energy Group, the company has the potential to pay dividend in the future.

In addition, it was indicated that the further activity of the conventional energy segment in the structures of the PGE Group, in particular the potential payment scale for CO2 emission rights, translates into a limited predictability of the group's financial flows.

PGE did not pay dividends also in 2023. (PAP Biznes)
