In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, disabled people began to more actively buy rehabilitation funds by electronic certificate

In 2024, residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory acquired more than 547 thousand technical means of rehabilitation using electronic certificates.

In total, the branch of the Social Fund of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory issued residents of the region with a disabilities of more than 27 thousand electronic certificates for the acquisition of various types of technical means of rehabilitation. These are wheelchairs, prostheses, orthoses, absorbing linen and other products. In addition, electronic certificates allow you to receive the necessary rehabilitation tools in a shorter time – the design of the certificate is 10 days.

“The main condition is that the technical means of rehabilitation must comply with the recommendations in the individual rehabilitation program of a disabled person, if the program contains several items of the TSR, then a separate certificate is formed for each of them,” said Elena Lapko, manager of the Russian Social Fund for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

To obtain an electronic certificate, a prerequisite is the presence of the current world card. According to it, the owner of the electronic certificate is identified at the time of registration of the purchase and transfer of funds from the treasury to the seller.

The fund recalled that it is possible to apply for a technical means of rehabilitation using an electronic certificate on the public services portal, in the client service of the SFR department in the Krasnoyarsk Territory or at the MFC.
