A preliminary vote according to the first model, which is provided for elections with the number of voters of more than 50 thousand and is open for all voters, is carried out from May 19 to 25. With the help of this model, candidates in the Achinsky, Zheleznogorsk, Kansky city councils and a candidate for missions to the Krasnoyarsk City Council of Deputies in the district No. 5 will be determined.
To date, 99 people submitted documents for participation in the preliminary voting procedure. Traditionally, the municipal level of elections of a man and women show the same interest, among participants 58 men and 41 women. Young people are trying their forces in politics, 14 % of participants under 35 years old. Only 22 % of applicants already have experience in deputy activities. Among the candidates, 83 % have higher education, 12 % secondary special, 3 % secondary education.
Among the candidates there are participants in the one, for them the preliminary voting procedure provides for special conditions – the rules for submitting documents are simplified, and they automatically receive an additional 25% to the voting result.
“One of the most competitive ones became the near -election to the Krasnoyarsk City Council of Deputies in the district No. 5. To date, nine people are applying for the place of a party candidate, five of them younger than 35 years. Among the candidates there is a member of SV. In second place, the elections of the Achinsky City Council, 54 participants claim to be 28 mandates, the elections of the Zheleznogorsk and Kansky city councils are shared by the third place. The acceptance of documents is still ongoing, so the picture may change. The residents of these territories will choose the leaders and determine the candidates from United Russia. Registration of electors started just today on the PG.er.ru website, ”said Maxim Zverev, head of the legal work department of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the United Russia party.
Reception of documents continues. Any citizen of the Russian Federation, the only restriction can take part as a candidate – he should not be in another political party and have no restrictions on participating in the preliminary vote established by the Regulation on the procedure for preliminary voting.
