Local residents report that the UAV crashed into a residential high -rise building on Gorosovetskaya Street.
UPD: The explosion in an apartment building occurred in Rostov-on-Don after the UAV attack, the acting governor said.
UPD2: 2 people were injured in the explosion, local authorities said.
