CDU politician Thorsten Frei, a close associate of the future German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, announced in an interview with the daily “Bild” that the future government of Germany would organize deportation flights with immigrants to Afghanistan and Syria.

In his opinion, the first flight from 2024 showed that it works. “That's why we are convinced that we can continue this in the future, permanently and on a much larger scale” – said the Chadecki politician.
Frei told “Bild” that “we will talk differently with the countries of origin (immigrants)”. He added that non -compliance with international law will have consequences.
Merz's collaborator also repeated that “we will turn back immigrants on German borders and introduce a number of other funds, such as away centers.”
Asked for the assessment of the coalition agreement presented on Wednesday agreed by the Christian Democrats and Social Democrats, Frei said: “I believe that we really managed to create a coalition agreement from which we can be very happy. Germany is in a difficult situation in terms of foreign and economic policy. That is why we need a real basis for a real change.”
