The modern one dissolved itself. Members will find shelter in KO

The Modern Convention decided on Friday to dissolve the party, the current chairman of the group, government spokesman Adam Szłapka, told journalists. He added that the decision was made by an overwhelming majority of votes.

– After these 10 years, our common decision, the entire convention, was made that we wanted to participate in this next stage, i.e. in the Civic Coalition. KO is a good project for Poland, said Szłapka.

– The Nowoczesna project does not end – it will co-create the next stage in Polish politics – he added.

Szłapka also informed that all the party's liabilities would be taken care of by the liquidator, and the entire process would be carried out in accordance with applicable law. (PAP)
