According to the CNA, these videos have contained illegal because they are a clearly misinformed message.
Therefore, the Council approved the decision to request the online platform TIKTOK Elimination of the user account entitled Vladimir Vladimirovici Putin and all the videos related to it, but also content considered illegal from the user account entitled “Mosurespect nothing without God. “
The videos related to the audiovisual material with illegal content represent any materials redistributed in whole or in part by other users of the platform.
According to an investigation of last week's journalists from Hotnews.ro, all these accounts are alleged by Vladimir Putin, having Romanian texts of the type: “How many of you do you want me as President of Romania?” / “Romania is a dictatorial state that follows the orders of the European Union. I will have to release them” / “If Russia attacks Europe, I will magnify for Russia” or “If Russia attacks Europe, I will magnify for Russia.”
“In the last two days, the platform has already noticed exactly about this type of content you refer to. I do not know how to tell you at this time, because, for example, yesterday I received almost 80 notifications.
I have so far identified dozens of tiktok accounts with Pro-Putin Romanian messages and pro-Russia. My colleagues and I help the monitoring and enter the petitions, so that we can see what are those with serious misinformation content, as they are, and with very high viralization potential. We do this, we do this premises just so that we can act quickly in relation to the content that really requires a quick action. So we have a good part of this type of thing already.
There are posts that do not have an illegal content, they have Putin's photo, but they do not have an actual illegal content, that is, they do not exhort or misinform. There are others, on the other hand, containing elements of serious misinformation, respectively the fact that Romania's entry into the war is imminent. I saw more such posts. So far, no such account has been blocked ”Valentin Jucan, vice -president of the National Audiovisual Council (CNA) told “Adevărul”.
