Krasnoyarstsev ask not to burn grass and garbage on a hot weekend

April 10 13:14
The head of the agency, emergency and PB of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Sergei Tagirov, appealed to the residents of the region with a request to be careful when handling fire.
According to weather forecasts, on weekends, on April 12 and 13, a sharp warming is expected in the region – up to +23 degrees. In dry, warm and windy weather, the risk of fires increases due to careless handling of fire when burning dry grass and garbage. The wind increases the rate of spread of fire, respectively, the annealing of dry grass becomes uncontrolled. Especially dangerous is the burning of grass near forests, cottages and settlements.
Since the beginning of the fire hazard season, 134 cases of fires in open areas for a total area of 590 hectares have been registered in the region. The largest number of fires occurred in Krasnoyarsk, Kansk, Emelyanovsky and Sayan districts.
“Residents should be responsible for the use of open fire, clean the territory adjacent to their houses, interact with village councils, active citizens, neighbors – all this will significantly reduce the risk of fires. It is important to remember that your safety depends on yourself: do not arrange waste dumps in the territories of summer cottages, do not make bonfires, do not burn dry grass, especially in windy weather, take care of the availability of water tanks, fire extinguishers on your dachas, ”said Sergey Tagirov
For the upcoming weekend, in most territories of the region a special fire regime will be introduced, with the exception of the northern territories. Specialists will be intensely patrolled by the area, including using unmanned aviation systems.
We add that for violation of fire safety requirements in the conditions of a special fire regime, administrative liability is provided in the form of fines: for citizens from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, for officials from 30 to 60 thousand rubles and for legal entities from 400 to 800 thousand rubles. In the case of major damage, as well as harm to human health, criminal punishment may be followed.
If fires are detected, you need to promptly report them by phone 112in the case of an incident in the forests: 8-800-100-94-00.
