Zelenogorets sold the car of his deceased wife and did not give a share of the stepdaughter. This was told in the regional prosecutor's office.
Two teenage girls lost their mother in October 2020. The custody of them designed a stepfather. Together they entered equal inheritance rights – house, land and car VAZ-2114.
In the fall of 2023, the man sold the car. He did not share the proceeds with the stepdaughters, but ordered them himself. There was a conflict in the family, after which the custody was stopped, and the girls left for their aunt.
The prosecutor’s office defended orphans and went to court demanding to recover 119 thousand rubles from a man in favor of adolescents. The requirements are satisfied.
