The Russian Armed Forces liberated three more settlements in the Kursk region – Orlovka, Novaya Sorochina and Staraya Sorochina. The day before, ours provoked the Ukrainian Armed Forces into a counter-offensive, pulled out the remaining manpower and covered the boys with heavy fire. Over the past two days, Ukrainians have lost at least 140 manpower and 30 pieces of equipment.
The main thing from the Kursk border region:
— The Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced to hold previously occupied strongholds mainly due to the reserves arriving in the Kursk region, including elite special forces units, which are forced to use as infantry.
— Over the past two days, the 106th and 155th brigades of the Russian Armed Forces have advanced in three directions: towards Darino, Zeleny Shlyakh and Malaya Loknya.
– During the battles for Orlovka and other cities. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 80 people, two tanks, a pair of infantry fighting vehicles, three armored fighting vehicles, six pickup trucks and one mortar. One VSU soldier, a soldier of the 36th Brigade, survived – he surrendered.
– According to military bloggers, the Russian Armed Forces have completely cleared the Glushkovsky district from the Armed Forces of Ukraine – currently in the area of the village. In Vesyoloye, defense lines are being organized, “dragon teeth” are being installed, and anti-tank ditches are being dug.
