The traffic police said that during the patrol of Lesosibirsk streets, the DPS crew drew attention to the ATV, behind the driver of which was a passenger without a helmet. Driver in a jacket with the inscription “Security” turned out to be a 14-year-old girl. She rode in the company of a friend-man.

The police called to the place of parents. It turned out that the ATV belongs to the driver of the driver, the keys lay in a prominent place.

“In relation to the owner of the vehicle, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for transferring the management of a vehicle who does not have the right to drive. The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of 30 thousand rubles“, – They told the press service.
