The attacker for a long time did not pay for housing and communal services and accumulated a debt of 1 million rubles. In addition, he was at least 20 times brought to administrative liability for traffic violations. The bailiffs tracked the man, but he, noticing the chase, hastened to hide from them on his Priora. He drove into the courtyard and took off the room from the car.
When the bailiffs tried to arrest the debtor and remove the car from him, the man locked the “Lada” door. The attacker refused to interact with law enforcement officers in any way. So that the man does not escape, the bailiffs blocked his path, but this did not stop the debtor. He deliberately knocked one of the employees of the GUFSSP of Russia in the region by car.
“Fortunately, employees of the bailiff service are constantly improving the level of their physical training, so they were able to avoid serious physical injuries. The debtor, understanding the severity of the actions, fled to the nearest entrance of a residential building, but could not hide, ”the department said.
When police officers arrived at the scene, the debtor continued to behave aggressively and impede officials. However, this did not help the man in any way, his “prior” was still immersed on a tow truck and sent to a special parking lot. There, the car will be located until the sale and repayment of debt for the services of housing and communal services.
For the use of violence in relation to the bailiff, a man faces up to 10 years in prison under Art. 318 of the Criminal Code. In addition, in the traffic police, 5 protocols for violating the rules of the road were drawn up for it.
