The author of the Ukrainian culinary YouTube blog Nina Balyuk told how to easily and effectively paint Easter eggs using a beetroot heated in a pan.
The author of the video noted that the Easter eggs prepared according to this scheme do not paint their hands and do not lose their color.
Products
- 300 g of beets;
- 1 tbsp. l. vinegar;
- eggs.
Cooking
- Grate beets on a fine grater. Add vinegar to the pan so that the beets do not lose color.
- As soon as the beets heat up, remove the pan from the stove.
- Place the eggs in the pan and dump them abundantly in heated beets.
- Leave the eggs under the lid for a while. The longer the eggs are painted, the brighter the color.
- Peel the eggs from beets and grate with vegetable oil for shine.
