Products

  • 300 g of beets;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vinegar;
  • eggs.

Cooking

  1. Grate beets on a fine grater. Add vinegar to the pan so that the beets do not lose color.
  2. As soon as the beets heat up, remove the pan from the stove.
  3. Place the eggs in the pan and dump them abundantly in heated beets.
  4. Leave the eggs under the lid for a while. The longer the eggs are painted, the brighter the color.
  5. Peel the eggs from beets and grate with vegetable oil for shine.
