In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the chief physician of the Kansk inter -district hospital Alexei Kudryavtsev is suspected of receiving a large -scale bribe. It was established that the crime was committed in the summer of 2020. “The suspect, acting in the interests of an organization specializing in the wholesale trade of pharmaceutical products and products used for medical purposes, concluded 8 contracts on behalf of the hospital for the supply of disposable anti -epidemiological costumes for a total of 4,800,000 rubles. For his actions as a bribe, he received 10 % of the amount of the transaction, namely – 480 thousand rubles, which he disposed of at his discretion, ”the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
During the search belonging to the head physician of two apartments in Krasnoyarsk and one in Kansk, operatives seized 940 thousand rubles, as well as foreign currency, cell phones and the necessary documentation.
IN The attitude of the detainee opened a criminal case under Part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Receiving a large -scale bribe”, the maximum punishment for which is up to 12 years in prison.
