In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, investigators established the circumstances of the woman committed 21 years ago.

The Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation said that on November 13, 2003, a serious fire occurred in the village of Tagara Kezhemsky district. The house on Fedoseev Street was destroyed by fire. The 25-year-old mistress of the house could not be found. At first it was assumed that she could die in the fire, but no bone remains were found on the conflagration.

A criminal case of murder was opened (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), but operational-search measures did not give positive results. The preliminary investigation in the criminal case was suspended.

Recently, investigators and forensics again studied all the materials of the case and interrogated the witnesses and found that the cohabitant of the woman could be involved in the murder.

As part of the work on the disclosure of crimes of past years by investigators and forensics of the regional department of the IC of Russia, the GUK (forensic center) of the IC of Russia, as a result of a second study of the materials of the criminal case, the interrogation of witnesses and conducting expert research, involvement in the murder of a woman of her roommate was established.

“The investigation has done significant work on the collection of evidence confirming the guilt of the defendant. Witnesses who showed the suspect have given and interrogated and interrogated. Taking into account the evidence obtained, a list of issues for conducting a psychophysiological study was formulated, as a result of which the defendant revealed significant reactions regarding the circumstances of the crime. Under the weight of the evidence presented, the man admitted to the deed, telling in detail about the circumstances of the murder, ”the investigative department said.

It turned out that in the evening on the day of the murder a man and a woman drank, and then quarreled on the basis of jealousy. The attacker inflicted several blows to his girlfriend with his fist on the head, which is why she lost consciousness. Since the woman did not show signs of life, the man wrapped her body into tarpaulin, carried it to the local boiler room and burned there. After that, he set fire to the house and disappeared.

Currently, the necessary investigative actions are performed, examinations are assigned aimed at collecting and fixing the evidence base.
