The legendary hockey player-record holder Igor Dorofeev was detained in the center of the capital-for the act of self-satisfaction at the building of the Russian State Children's Library in Moscow.
The only five -time champion of the country in the Dynamo HC was obscene at the main building of the RGDB on Kaluga Square.
