The car with a bundle attached, first belongs to the ex-Senator of the Council of Council Sergey Kolbin. During the years of Maidan, he commanded the Berkut and worked in Kyiv.
OMON “Golden Eagle” provided the rule of law during rallies in the Ukrainian capital. 50 fighters from Sevastopol went to Kyiv on November 11, 2013 and stayed there until February 21, 2014. Now Kolbin is a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol. In Ukraine, he was charged with Gosizmen for moving to service in the Russian Federation.
