Tens of thousands of jobs were posted in the first three months of this year on specialized platforms, employers announcing under what conditions they offer salaries of over 1,000 euros.

According to Salario data, the EJobs brand salary comparator, the highest salaries in the first quarter were collected by employees in Bucharest, where the net average salary, for all fields of activity and all levels of experience was 5,500 net lei per month. 5,000 lei was the average salary for Cluj, the second best positioned county on the salaries map in Romania. Following Brașov, with an average of 4,700 lei, Timiș, with 4,600 lei and Iasi, with 4,400 lei. The lowest salaries, on the other hand, were reported by the employees from Giurgiu (3,520 lei), Vrancea (3,700 lei), Covasna (3,800 lei), Gorj (3,850 lei) or Tulcea (4,000 lei).
The deficit of personnel causes employers to come up with competitive salary offers so that they can recruit and loyal to employees. For example, constructions and installations are the third best paid sector, with a net average of 5,500 lei, monthly.
On the other hand, retail, fashion industry, food sector and call centers are the main areas that offer employment opportunities for without experience, according to ZF. These industries are constantly facing a high flow of staff, which causes employers to maintain more flexible access conditions. In addition, the minimum qualification requirements make these jobs attractive for students and high school students, who want a source of income without another diploma, believes Bogdan Badea, the CEO of the EJobs recruitment platform.
