The party “United Russia” the day before presented the interim results of the implementation of the people's program. Party Chairman Dmitry Medvedev at the meeting He noted that at the moment more than 80 % of the document indicators have been completed.
“The successful implementation of the folk program is directly related to the increase in the standard of living of citizens, including socially unprotected groups. The party achieved an increase in social expenses in 2025. This includes further indexation of maternity capital, a manual in connection with the birth and upbringing of the child, funds for the system of long -term care of elderly citizens and disabled people. Such important measures as a subsidy for the repayment of a mortgage for large families, support for a preferential family mortgage are also taken into account, ”said Dmitry Medvedev.
A program for the construction of new schools was completed: from 2019 to 2024, more than 1,600 objects were built. About 5 thousand schools are repaired from 2022 to 2024. A large number of additional places in kindergartens have been created – almost 250 thousand from 2019 to 2024. At the same time, 10 thousand FAPs and medical outpatients were built and repaired, including 2.5 thousand over the past year. In addition, financing of drug support programs has been increased.
The creation of a comfortable urban environment is another key priority recorded in the folk program. In 2024, almost 8 thousand public and courtyards were landscaped.
The next direction is to ensure the personnel of cultural institutions in the village and in small cities, Dmitry Medvedev noted. For this, the Zemstvo Worker of Culture is implemented. A specialist who will move to work in a village or a small city will be able to receive a one -time payment of a million rubles. In the Far East and in the new regions of Russia – two million rubles.
A new direction appeared in the folk program – support for the participants of his own and their families, the coordinator of which is appointed Hero of Russia Vladimir Saibe. Among the key tasks in the direction, he highlighted:
- ensuring the defenders of the homeland at the proper level of complex medical rehabilitation;
- creation of conditions for professional self -realization of participants in, including preferential access to education;
- assistance in employment;
- implementation of the list of already provided benefits;
- Assistance in the development of new targeted support measures taken at different levels.
Dmitry Medvedev also drew the attention of the government to a number of unresolved issues. The importance of one of them was identified by the secretary of the general council Vladimir Yakushev. He recalled that at the Congress of United Russia, President Vladimir Putin instructed to refer to the order of the Russian Post.
During the 2022-2025, the government was supposed to modernize 25 thousand departments, but only 3250 were repaired, he pointed out the deputy minister of digital development to Oleg Kachanov: “For 2025, 500 million rubles were allocated for the program. This will repair only 105 departments. With this movement, our terms are pushed very far away. ”
Dmitry Medvedev instructed to deal with the issue of the Ministry of Finance and the United Russia faction in the State Duma as carefully as possible. Similarly, he instructed the Ministry of Finance to work out the issue of increasing financing on cultural heritage.
In conclusion, the party chairman emphasized that the People’s Program of United Russia coincides with the attitudes of the head of state and the main national development goals.
“We need to make all the necessary efforts to implement the current software document. And prepare for the discussion of the new, taking into account the work that we have in the last four years. This will be the most important part of the elected campaign of United Russia, which, in fact, will begin very soon, ”said Dmitry Medvedev.
