The box market in Poland has been developing dynamically in recent years. The growing interest in a healthy lifestyle, lack of time for daily cooking and the growing nutritional awareness of consumers make diet catering becoming an increasingly popular form of nutrition – both among professionally active people and those who want to lose weight, take care of health or just eat regularly and balance.
Obesity costs billions of zlotys
