The founder of the Gordon publication Dmitry Gordon recorded an interview with Johnson during his visit to Kyiv as part of the Yalta European Strategy (YES). The trip was organized by the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation.

In an interview, Johnson spoke about:

Johnson was born in 1964 in New York (USA). In the UK, Johnson's parents returned in 1969. He studied the humanities at the Balliole College of Oxford University. After graduating from the university, he worked as a journalist: he was a political observer in The Daily Telegraph, the editor of The Spectator magazine.

In the early 2000s he took up politics. In 2001, he was first elected a member of the House of Commons and for some time combined work in parliament with editorial work. Johnson was a deputy of the parliament until 2008, then from 2008 to 2016-the mayor of London. In 2015, he was again elected a member of the House of Commons and continued to fulfill the duties of the mayor of London during the year, combining two posts.

In 2016-2018, Johnson was the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and in 2019–2022-Prime Minister of Great Britain.
