On September 12, Trump has already stated that the illegitimate Russian President Vladimir Putin “should not approach Poland.”
“I believe that the US reaction was very clear, both from the side of the American president and from the ambassador here. It is obvious that we are all united in this matter. America’s commitment to NATO is unshakable in every sense, there is no doubt about this. Therefore, I was very pleased with the US reaction, and I do not disclose every telephone conversation, which I had,” commented Rutta.
He noted that in the press one could see reports of the telephone conversation of President Polish Karol Navrotsky and Trump. Rutte added that he also talked with the Polish president.
“I believe that it was a very good telephone conversation, which was clearly based on an excellent relationship that developed between them last week during the visit of the new President of Poland to the White House. Therefore, I am absolutely satisfied in this regard,” NATO Secretary General emphasized.
