The court did not allow the Krasnoyarsk City Hall to make out the veranda of the restaurant on theater square

The Arbitration Court did not allow the Krasnoyarsk administration to eliminate the veranda of the Fresco restaurant on Theater Square.

Remind me, the lawsuit at the end of last year filed a department of municipal property and land relations. The city hall demanded to return “An entertainment complex with an underground parking lot and engineering”, part of which are decorative stands, to the original type.

The plaintiff claimed that LLC Architectural Atelier Architrav registered the construction back in 2018 and transferred to entrepreneurs to rent. The construction and housing control service qualified the design as a unauthorized building.

They noted that the device of external walls, a wooden coating, a concrete staircase and other changes were not part of the initial project of the building.

Despite the proceedings, the veranda was completed and opened for visitors this summer.

According to the Arbitration Court, on September 9, the court refused to satisfy the stated requirements in full. Detailed motives will explain later. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
