Slovenia defeated Italy with 84-77 in the finals of the European Men's Basketball Championship and has qualified further, thanks to an exceptional performance by Luka Doncic, the star of Los Angeles Lakers.

The last match of the finals of Eurobasket 2025 will be that between Greece and Israel. The winner of this match will take place in “quarters” with Lithuania, who passed in the previous phase of Latvia, score 88-79.
