On the stage, they discussed who in 2025 really responsible for the security of the company, why formal certification does not guarantee protection and how to speak with clients in the case of a cyberurincyent. The speeches concerned the ISO/IEC 27001 standards, and counterparties checks through KYC/KYS, and new requirements of international partners.
Among the speakers are the leaders of famous Ukrainian companies: Vitaly Yakushev and Alexander Symychnikov (10guards), Artem Skripnik (Favbet Tech), Ruslan Bank, Alexey Yasinsky (Bakotech), Oleg Poligenko (Nova Digital, Ciso Club Ukraine) Rostislav Kondrick and Yegor Aushev (Cyber Unit Technologies), Alexander Efremov (Kitsoft), Roman Sologub (ISSP), Andrey Mokich, Julia Petrik (Calibrated), Adrian Pavlikevich (SoftServvich), Sergey Kharyuk (Amonsul).

One of the most active was the discussion with the participation of CEO Favbet Tech Artem Skripnik. The question was raised about who in 2025 really is responsible for cybersecurity in the IT industry. The expert drew attention to the differences between the information and IT security, outlined the calls in maintaining data and the trust of customers, and also noted the importance of choosing an effective risk management model that covers all the processes of the company.
“Security should be part of the company's strategy. This is a matter of trust and maturity of a business. In Favbet Tech, we are building an approach uniting technologies, communication and the responsibility of the team,” Skripnik said.

No less lively was a panel discussion about anti -crisis communications. The speakers brought specific cases where the correct message retained the reputation, and the unsuccessful message destroyed confidence. It was about who exactly should speak on behalf of the company, how to react quickly and what mistakes should be avoided.

Despite the complexity of the topic, the conference was held in an open atmosphere. This is what created the basis for a practical dialogue. The participants left the event with a clear understanding that cybersecurity ceased to be a matter of individual technical departments. This is the general responsibility of business, communication teams and management. This is how the environment is formed where the trust of customers and partners remains even during the time of unforeseen threats.
The event partner was Favbet Tech. Over the three years of existence, the company entered the 50 largest grocery IT companies in Ukraine according to DOU, became a resident “DIY.CITY” and part of the IT Ukraine Association.
