On Wednesday, September 3, a meeting of the State Tribunal is planned for the possibility of repealing the immunity of Małgorzata Manowska, for which the National Prosecutor's Office applied. Earlier – on Friday – a three -person composition of TS decided to exclude twelve judges from the case. Despite the judgment issued, some of the excluded judges – among them Jacek Dubois – appeared in the Supreme Court building, not accepting the decision of the Tribunal.

Some judges of the Tribunal were refused to enter, which met with the firm reaction of Jacek Dubois. The judge threatened to intervene in the police and reported that he intends to report the fact that the State Tribunal was not entitled to a meeting.

Jacek Dubois is a well -known and respected Warsaw lawyer who graduated from Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He comes from the family of lawyers. He is the great -grandson of Mieczysław Dubois (lawyer working as a legal advisor at the industrialist's ticket office of Warsaw), grandson of Stanisław Dubois (MP during the Second Polish Republic) and the son of the legendary lawyer Maciej Dubois, who was the judge of the State Tribunal.
Jacek Dubois himself admitted that he was convicted to the right, and in one of the interviews he mentioned that he knew in childhood that he would deal with this field.

He was the deputy disciplinary spokesperson at the District Bar Council (2000–2005). He deals with matters mainly in the field of criminal law and the protection of personal rights. He became a member of the Council of the Foundation Professor Bronisław Geremek.
He was a defender in many cases, including as a defender accused of corruption offenses, MP Beata Sawickaas well as the procedural of the Civic Platform politicians – Donald Tusk and Bronisław Komorowski. He defended the perpetrator of a famous murder in Suraż (Podlasie Voivodeship) from almost a quarter of a century ago. Together with Roman Giertych, he undertook to represent one of the suspects in the case related to the Justice Fund.
Jacek Dubois has been a member of the State Tribunal for years. He was his vice-chairman in 2012-2015 and he became him again in 2023. He also has literary activities.
