In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 61-year-old resident of the village of Bragino Kuraginsky district was detained on suspicion of killing his nephew. This was reported in law enforcement agencies.
The crime was committed on September 1 in the afternoon during the conflict between relatives on household grounds.
“A drunken attacker, in order to clarify the relationship, arrived with a hunting rifle to the private house of his niece. Fearing his aggressive behavior, the woman called her 40-year-old brother and asked him for help. He tried to calm his uncle, but he shot his chest during a quarrel. The victim died on the spot from a gunshot wound, ”the UK said.

The police found that the man did not have permission to store and wear a gun – according to him, he went to him after his father’s death.
The suspect has already given a confession. A criminal case has been instituted against him under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder”, the investigation intends to apply for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention.
