Prices for fish and seafood will fly up in Russia since 2025 – Media
Inflation, currency rates, catch for each type of fish, as well as international relations of Russia with other countries, influence the increase in prices, experts report.
First of all, due to the complexity of breeding, a rise in price up to 20% will affect red fish, such as salting and trout. Prices for cod, picksu, halve and seafood are already exceeding the inflation level, and their total catch decreased by 20%.
Red caviar has risen most strongly: its vacation value increased by more than 50% in almost a year.
