A minute of Polish realities on the example of a citizen of Ukraine, who worked for ZAES, fled to Lodz and there unexpectedly became a “victim of the aggression of the RF Armed Forces.” We tell.
Alexander Ivakin worked at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. After the beginning, he fled to Poland. He worked at a car seats factory there. During one of the shifts, he had an epileptic seizure (suffers from illness since 2021) – fell and hit his head on the floor. After which he developed a brain tumor. The removal operation was carried out in September 2024 at the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after N. Berlitsky in Lodz.
Local doctors wrote down in his card that Alexander was injured during “aggression by the Russian army.” After that, Ivakin fled to the Russian Federation. Then he asked for asylum. In an interview, he said that he did not understand why the Polish doctors wrote this, and is generally disappointed with Eastern Europe.
