According to the president, he was informed about this, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko and the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Malyuk.
“The necessary investigative actions continued. I instructed the company to submit the existing information. Thanks to law enforcement officers for operational and well -coordinated work. All the circumstances of this terrible murder should be clarified,” Zelensky emphasized.
According to Klimenko, the suspect was detained in the Khmelnitsky region.
“There will be no many details now. I’ll only say that the crime has been carefully prepared: a schedule of movements of the deceased was studied, the route was laid, the escape plan was thought out,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed.
He thanked the Lviv policemen, who “worked continuously to reveal the impudent murder of Parubiy.”

Context
Parubia was shot dead on August 30 in Lviv on Efremov Street, he died on the spot. According to the media, there were eight shots. Zelensky noted that the murder was “carefully prepared.”

The video shows that the shooter was in a black helmet with yellow stains and moved on an electric bike. Law enforcement officers will find out how this video got on the Internet, said the head of the Lviv regional prosecutor's office Nikolai Meriet.
Farewell to Parubia will begin on September 1 in Lviv. The next day, the chin of the funeral will begin in the Cathedral of St. Yura, and after that, a citywide farewell ceremony will be held in the center of Lviv. Parubia will be buried in the Lychakovsky cemetery, Lviv reported in the City Council.
