Krasnoyarka sued a 4-time price of low-quality TV repair

In Krasnoyarsk, employees of Rospotrebnadzor helped the woman sue a 4-time price for repairing a TV at the service center.

Representatives of the department said that last summer a woman had a TV. She called the master at home, but special equipment was required to find out the causes of the malfunction. Therefore, the master took the technique for diagnosis and subsequent repair. For work, the woman paid him 12.8 thousand rubles. The work warranty was 2 years.

Krasnoyarka took the TV home, but it turned out that the TV still did not turn on.

“When repeated contacting the service center, the woman was informed that the deficiency is operating in nature, so the service refuses warranty obligations. At the same time, the contractor refused to provide any documents confirming the operational nature of the deficiency. The claim for the return of funds remained satisfied, ”the press service said.

The experts of Rospotrebnadzor prepared a lawsuit and presented the interests of the consumer in court. As a result, they managed to sue 57.6 thousand rubles from the service. This amount consisted of the cost of repairs (12.8 thousand rubles), a penalty (25.6 thousand rubles) and a fine (19.2 thousand rubles). The court decision has already entered into legal force.
