In the Rospotrebnadzor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, they said that a resident of Norilsk concluded an agreement with a boarding house to supervision for an elderly mother. The woman underwent surgery and needed rehabilitation and constant care. The institution promised a full boarding house Food, accommodation, care and medical care. The man paid 117 thousand rubles for three months of service, but his mother died shortly after arriving in the boarding house.

The son turned to the return, but received only 30 thousand rubles. They explained to him that there was no money at the end of the year. The remaining 87 thousand rubles were promised to transfer to him later. But then, according to the victim, they simply stopped answering calls.

Rospotrebnadzor management specialists filed a lawsuit. The court studied all the documents and ordered the organization to pay 283.5 thousand rubles, which is more than 3 times higher than the amount of debt. The owners of the boarding house will have to pay the balance of 87 thousand rubles, the same penalty, 15 thousand rubles for non -pecuniary damage, as well as 94.5 thousand rubles of a fine.

The court decision has not yet entered into legal force. The parties still have time to challenge it.
