The Krasnoyarsk region showed one of the best results in Russia based on the results of the second cycle of the competition for Andrei Melnichenko’s personal scholarship in the 2025/26 academic year; a total of 31 students from the region became winners.

The scholarship is awarded for academic excellence, scientific activity, active community service and breakthrough projects. The size of payments reaches 20-25 thousand rubles, and the winners will receive it for 16 academic months.
