The report shows that during the first two years of the presidency of Joe Biden there was a rapid increase in the number of undocumented immigrants in the USA. This intensified negative reactions in society, which helped Donald Trump return to the White House – the website emphasized.

Surveys conducted before the presidential election in 2024 showed that in the country there was support for mass deportations, even among voters representing the Latin American community. It was one of Trump's election promises.

The increase in immigration in 2023 took place after Biden lifted the parts introduced by Trump before the Pandemia of immigration restrictions. Immigrants returned to the American -Maxician border, which overwhelmed the federal and local authorities – we read.

The number of undocumented immigrants in the US reached a historically high level of 14 million after two consecutive years of record growth – estimates Pew Research Center. The number of illegal immigrants born in countries other than Mexico increased from 6.4 million to 9.7 million in 2021–2023. A spokeswoman for the White House Abigail Jackson, when asked about the PEA report, emphasized that the administration fulfills her promises.
