At almost two months of office, the Bolojan cabinet has already faced protests or censorship motions. The delay of measures to restrict the budgetary expenses contrasts strongly with the two packages of measures prepared so far, which target the private domain, and the executive confidence decreases in record time, warns the specialists.

The executive has already been targeted by the first censorship motion even during an extraordinary session for committing liability on the first package of fiscal-budgetary measures. The Bolojan office will soon be subjected to a new test, and the threat is double in the current parliamentary session. The opposition will be able to submit two censorship motions with the liability on the second package.
The threat of a censorship motion does not only attack the executive in the current context, explains the director of Inscop, the sociologist Remus Stefureac, for “Adevărul”: “Romania has no alternative and any party would try to torpile this government and this majority I think will have a huge lost in the context in which Romania would put in a political crisis position over an economic crisis, over a security crisis, perhaps in one of the most difficult situations.”

People with more will or less have accepted that package, considering that it is a time when you have to accept such measures, taking into account the financial situation of Romania.
But including in package 2, many of the measures announced in the public space so far affect the whole society, all the people who have been affected by the package 1 and less the state institutions, except the people working in the state, except the state's expenses. We do not see any real debate in society about the expense of public money, about the administrative-territorial reform, about the prohibition of the public money expense by administrative-territorial units to support professional football, where tens of millions of euros are going. That is, there are so many things that could have entered into a public debate, analyzed the reaction and subsequently put into practice, that the government seems to take measures only according to reactions in the public space. I saw that the VAT has grown, the tax on housing increases, people did not protest. When a measure was taken into account that affected a certain industry or a certain part of the society and it reacted, it took a step in the back. “
The Bolojan government was installed at the end of June, and in July it is already facing the first protesters, even among the employees of the central apparatus, the apple of discord being the reduction of the increase of harmful conditions. The reduction of income is the subject that gives birth and the dissatisfaction of the magistrates. The project that increases the retirement age for them and plans the pensions below the level of the last net salary has aroused a series of reactions from the legal institutions.
Most recently, the Romsilva reform announced by the Minister of the Environment has brought the representatives of the Federation of Forestry Trade Unions in front of the ministry. The fiscal-budgetary measures also removed the representatives of the unions in health and education in the street with the responsibility on the first package of fiscal-budgetary measures. In education, both students and teachers protest against imposed austerity measures, and the beginning of the school year could be postponed.
The situation is not better in the parties either. While gold is looking for supporters for the next censorship motion, the mayors threaten, against the background of money for Anghel Saligny projects, that they will withdraw their support for leaders from the center, and the most affected PSD party is.
