The Bureau of the Leninsky District Committee of the CPSU considered the joint work of party organizations of the Dobrinsky state farm and the collective farm “Labor Niva”, the Stepnovskaya and Novinsk secondary schools in labor education and professional orientation of students.
It was noted that these farms allocate the necessary equipment, specialists for teaching schoolchildren agricultural professions, are working together to educate students in labor traditions, as a result of the work, many school graduates remain to work in farms. In 1975-1976, 23 people remained at the Dobrinsky state farm, 28 people on the Labor Niva collective farm.

The Plenum of the Smidovic District Committee of the CPSU defined the tasks of the district party organization to further strengthen labor and production discipline, public order, improve working conditions and the life of workers and employees at enterprises and organizations of the district.
The adopted resolution noted that in the region of 90% of workers they are actively participating in a socialist competition, about five thousand people are fighting for the high rank of drummer of communist labor. In the region of 1.5 thousand workers, 77 brigades, workshops, sites are the title of drummers and groups of communist labor. Over the past two years, 451 thousand rubles have been spent on the implementation of measures to improve working conditions, safety precautions, which is 2.8% more than for the corresponding period of the tenth five -year plan. About 50 measures were implemented to introduce new equipment and advanced technology.
The Plenum demanded that the primary party organizations with a fully improvement in the education of workers and employees in the spirit of a conscious attitude to work, the strictest observance of state and labor discipline.
