Russian leader Vladimir Putin agreed to meet Volodimir Zelenski, but proposed that the Ukrainian leader came to Moscow, AFP reported.
The French agency quotes two sources to date with the telephone conversation that took place between US President Donald Trump and at least months, during the Washington Summit.
“Putin mentioned Moscow” during their Monday call, said one of AFP sources, adding that Zelenski said “No”.
