In the Rybinsk municipal district, a teenager on a motorcycle lost control and got into an accident. This was reported in the regional traffic police.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of August 18 in the village of Sayansky. The 16-year-old guy on the Minsk motorcycle without a driver’s license and license plates overturned on the road in the area of house number 3 on Komsomolskaya Street. After the fall of the teenager with injuries, they took to the hospital.
In relation to the parents of the young motorcyclist, they made a report on 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for non -fulfillment of duties on the maintenance and education of a minor, as well as under Part 3, Art. 12.7 for the transfer of a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive.
In total, over the past day in the Krasnoyarsk Territory there were 5 accidents with minor drivers. The traffic police recall that the management of motor vehicles (mopeds, scooters, motorcycles) is allowed only from 16 years old and if there is a driver’s license of the corresponding category.
