Roland Beiny, a 28 -year -old from Lebanon who is the owner of a Texas restaurant group who celebrates Donald Trump, is investigated by the immigration and customs (ICE) service, according to Euronews.com.

Launched in 2020 in Bellville, Texas, Trump Burger restaurant was created as a gesture of appreciation for the president and as an excuse to sell burger buns with the Trump logo. Then, Roland Beiny expanded his business and included four restaurants in the state, all with a political theme.

Currently, ICE, the controversial agency that plays a central role in intensifying Donald Trump's restrictive measures in terms of immigration, took over Beainy. He risks expulsion due to his permanent resident status, against the background of accusations that he would have provided false information in immigration request.

A spokesman for the Department of Internal Security has confirmed that Beainy is investigated, declaring for Newsweek that the government “does not tolerate immigration fraud.”

Beainy would have entered the US in 2019 and claims to have 50% of the Trump Burger Restaurants.

He was detained earlier this year, before being released on bail while waiting for immigration procedures.

The Department for Internal Security claims that Beainy requested the legal status through a woman with whom she claimed to be married. However, self -thoroughly say there is no evidence that Beainy lived with the woman during the alleged marriage.

The hearing of Beainy in terms of immigration is scheduled for November 18 in Houston, Texas.
