On the eve of Shakhtar's Day (this year it is celebrated on August 31), competitions in professional skill were held at the SUEK-Krasnoyarsk enterprises.
In July, the engineers of bulldozers, excavators ER-1250, ASh-20/90, ASh-10/70, drivers of career dump trucks, electric power centers competed. Competitions were held at the sites of the Nazarovsky, Berezovsky and Borodinsky sections. Each competition consisted of two stages: theoretical and practical.
Professor's contests at SUEK-Krasnoyarsk enterprises are held regularly on the eve of Shakhtar's Day. First, the best in their business is determined at each enterprise, then the winners are found at regional level competitions.
The theoretical contestants were tested for knowledge of the rules and norms of production security, first aid, the device of equipment, etc. Practical tests differed depending on the profession.
For example, the engineers of the ASH-10/70 excavator held a bucket along the impromptu corridor, filled the buckets with a breed, a heel of the bucket was removed one at a time laid on each other. At the Rotor Excavator ER-1250, drivers at speed, and most importantly with the unconditional compliance with all the norms and safety rules, coal in wagons.
The bulldozer driver scored nails with a dump, closed matchboxes, demonstrated the ability to control heavy equipment. Drive along the ring, a snake, stop into an impromptu garage and gate, burst a ball mounted on the bumper with a knitting needle – experienced drivers of career dump trucks took place these tests. Electric Superiors demonstrated their skills in preparing the workplace, connecting the wires with a scrap, the release of the victim from the action of electric current.
According to participants, excitement at competitions, of course, is present, but the main thing is simply to do your job with high quality.
“I undoubtedly want to win, but the most important thing here is communication, the exchange of experience,” says Alexander Naydenko, driver of the Excavator of the Nazarovsky section. “Each has its own approach, its own“ chips ”, which can help increase performance.”
The winners of the regional competitions will present the team of Suek-Krasnoyarsk JSC at the All-Russian Professional Professional Excellence Competition, Shakhtersky Olympus, which will be held next week in Buryatia.
