
In the fall, it's time to cook apples with pumpkin for the winter. How to make such a “tasty”, they said in the Zen-blog “Recipes. Anastasia Kuporeva” (12+).
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of apples
- 1.5 kg of pumpkin pulp
- 1 lemon
- 150 g of sugar
How to cook:
First, cut the pumpkin with cubes. Put in a pan, add a little water, cover with a lid and simmer until soft.
While the pumpkin is preparing, take the apples and cut the middle, and do not touch the peel so that the vitamins are preserved. Also put them in a pan with a small amount of water and simmer under the lid until soft.
When the vegetables become soft, chop the pumpkin with a blender or wipe through a sieve. If you cooked apples with a peel, wipe them through a sieve, and if without, then you can use a blender.
Mix both mashed potatoes, add lemon juice and sugar. Mix, bring to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes.
Pour the finished puree into sterilized jars, roll up with lids. Turn the cans upside down, wrap it with a towel and let it cool completely. Store in a cool and dark place.
