PZU without president. Andrzej Klesyk dismissed from the function

The PZU supervisory board dismissed Andrzej Klesyk from the function of the president of the company on Thursday – the company informed on a Thursday communication. It has been added that the duties of the head of PZU will be the member of the board Tomasz Tarkowski.

The resolution of the Supervisory Board came into force at the moment of taking and does not contain information about the reasons for the appeal.

At the same time, the company stated that the PZU supervisory board decided to temporarily entrust the duties of the President of PZU to the current member of the board – Tomasz Tarkowski.

Klesyk PZU Supervisory Board entrusted the duties of the president of the company on January 27 this year. Then, on February 27, she appointed him as the president of the company from March 3, 2025, and on July 2 this year the Polish Financial Supervision Authority agreed to appoint Andrzej Klesyk as the head of PZU.
