In the Shushensky district of the region, two foresters were convicted of receiving a bribe of 330 thousand rubles (video)

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two employees of the Sayano-Shushensky forestry for 34 and 38 years are accused of receiving a large-scale bribe. The crime was revealed by the operatives of the economic security department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region, and the UK opened a criminal case under paragraph “a”, “c” of part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code.

According to investigators, in the fall of 2023 Foresters received in parts from two loggers bribe in the total amount of 330 thousand rubles.

“For illegal remuneration, officials provided entrepreneurs with general protection, as well as in the absence of legal grounds, they ensured the allocation of forest -suses in the Shushensky rural district forestry for the production of continuous cutting of forest stands,” the UK said.

Both suspects are brought into the present. As part of the investigation, a legal assessment of the actions of the bribe takers will also be given.

It is noted that one of the foresters is a defendant in another criminal case for a similar crime – it was established that in 2023 he received a bribe of 300 thousand rubles from the logger.
