Now developers most often sell CRT in small areas – from 1 to 3.5 hectares. There are not enough places to simultaneously place a kindergarten and school. So, only to place a kindergarten for 190 seats is needed at least 1 ha. If the changes are approved, the territory is enough not only for residential buildings, but also for social facilities.

It is noted that the changes will only be affected by CRT agreements concluded on the initiative of copyright holders.

The city hall also recalled that last year, an expanded list of places where the CCT mechanism can be applied to the rules for land use and development. This year, the intensity of residential buildings was reduced to 0.5, but for the territories of the CCT it remains 1.9, which allows for the provision of areas with social objects.
