Juicy filling and cheese crust: a light recipe for stuffed pepper for any case – I want to eat again and again

Ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper – 4 large
  • Champignon – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Battle – 1 pc.
  • Solid cheese –100–150 g
  • Pig Gli-Giving Book-400 g
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt, pepper, paprika, hop-sunels-to taste
  • vegetable oil – for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Mushrooms and onions are cut into a small cube. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a grater.

2. In a heated frying pan with butter, champignons are first slightly fried, then add onions and carrots, stew until soft. Then add the minced meat, mix and fry until half coin. Then spices are sent to the pan, tomato paste and mix thoroughly.

3. The peppers are washed, cut in half and cleaned of the seeds. Each half is tightly filled with prepared minced meat. They are laid in the shape and put in the oven, heated to 180 ° C, for 30–40 minutes.

4. When the peppers are almost ready, they are sprinkled with grated cheese and baked for another 5 minutes to make a golden crust. Before serving, decorate with herbs.

Such stuffed pepper is perfect as the main dish, side dish or snack.
